Jurnal Komunitas Sains Manajemen [ISSN 2828-6952 (Online)|ISSN 2828-660X (Print)] is a peer-reviewed academic journal published four times a year (February, Mei, Agustus, and November) by Akademi management. It covers research on organization dynamics. The journal publishes empirical reports and theoretical reviews spanning the spectrum of organizational studies, including their processes, structures, technologies, identities, capabilities, forms, performance, and behavior. Its articles also include fundamental research from different disciplines, such as organizational behavior and theory, strategic management, organizational psychology, and information management. The journal welcomes research at different levels of analysis, including the individual level, the group level, the organization level, and the across level. The mission of the journal is to publish empirical reports and theoretical review that tries to test, extend or build knowledge in the organizational science field, as well as tries to contribute to organization and management practice.
