Abstract

Kepercayaan (trust) adalah ekspektasi atau pengharapan positif bahwa orang lain tidak akan melalui kata-kata, tindakan dan kebijakan serta bertindak secara oportunistik. Dua unsur penting dari definisi kepercayaan adalah bahwa kepercayaan menyiratkan familiaritas dan resiko. Kepercayaan adalah perasaan bahwa tidak ada bahaya dari orang lain dalam suatu hubungan. Kepercayaan berkaitan dengan keteramalan (prediksi). Kepercayaan adalah komponen kognitif dari faktor sosiopsikologis. Kepercayaan dapat bersifat rasional dan irrasional. Kepercayaan memberikan perspektif pada manusia dalam mempersepsikan kenyataan, memberikan dasar bagi pengambilan keputusan dan menentukan sikap terhadap objek sikap. Untuk itu akan dilihat sejauh mana kepercayaan terhadap Pimpinan, Institusi dan Rekan kerja dapat mempengaruhi Komitmen Afektif Pegawai Pada Dinas kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Hasil Penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa Kepercayaan terhadap Pimpinan, Institusi dan Rekan kerja dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Afektif Pegawai, sehingga pegawai dapat merasakan kenyamanan, ketenangan dan dapat bekerja dengan baik didalam pelaksanaan Aktivitas nya bekerja di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
