Komitmen Afektif dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Kepemimpinan Autentik sebagai Mediasi

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Riau dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komitmen afektif berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan autentik menjadi mediasi pada pengaruh komitmen afektif terhadap OCB. Populasi penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) dilingkungan Sekwan Provinsi Riau. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 196 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 132 orang. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan descriptive dan explanatory survey, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Struktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa komitmen afektif berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau dan kepemimpinan autentik memediasi pengaruh komitmen afektif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau.
