Dampak Locus of Control Internal Dalam Organizational Citizenship Behavior Peran Mediasi Komitmen Afektif

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak locus of control internal dalam Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan mediasi komitmen afektif pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu sebanyak 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cross-sectional dan total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner yang didasarkan pada Skala Likert. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif dari variabel penelitian, hasil uji CMV, uji kecocokan model, hasil analisa pengukuran (measurement analysis), dan hasil analisa model struktural (struktural model analysis). Alat bantu pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS 6.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Variabel locus of control internal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, variabel locus of control internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, variabel komitmen afektif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, variabel komitmen afektif secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh locus of control terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
