Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan menjelaskan secara teoritis dan empiris mengenai pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap turnover intention pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Pekanbaru. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Pekanbaru dengan waktu penelitian November 2022 s/d Januari 2023. Adapun sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling karena jumlah populasi cukup banyak. Sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 239 responden. Analisa data penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS v.4.0.8.7 untuk menganalisis data dan mengetahui hubungan antar konstruk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention berdasarkan nilai thitung = -2,470 > tkritis = -1,96 dengan hasil nilai P Value yakni 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ini diterima. Adapun besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention yakni sebesar 0,789 atau 78,9%. Sementara itu, Keterikatan karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadapTurnover intention berdasarkan nilai thitung = -2,390 > tkritis = -1,96 dengan hasil nilai P Value yakni 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ini diterima Adapun besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention yakni sebesar 0,832 atau 83,2%
