Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Dampak High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB) melalui Work Engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 234 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS v3.0. Hasil Penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) terhadap OCB, High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) terhadap Work Engagement, Work Engagement terhadap OCB, High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) terhadap OCB melalui Work Engagement pada pegawai RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti.
