Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada RSIA Budhi Mulia Pekanbaru dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pemimpin yang melayani terhadap Burnout tenaga Kesehatan: mediasi keamanan psikologis. Populasi penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah tenaga medis dan Para Medis dilingkungan RSIA Budhi Mulia. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sekaligus dijadikan sampel sebanyak 98 orang. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistic deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Struktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa Pemimpin yang melayani berpengaruh terhadap burnout tenaga Kesehatan melalui mediasi keamanan psikologis.
