Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keadilan Distributif terhadap Kepercayaan Institusi, pengaruh Keadilan Distributif terhadap Komitmen Afektif dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keadilan Distributif terhadap Kepercayaan Institusi melalui Komitmen Afektif Pada Puskesmas Rambah Samo I dan puskesmas Ujung Batu. Waktu Penelitian ini dilaksankan pada bulan September 2021 sampai dengan Desember 2021. Sumber Data Penelitian ini adalah responden Pegawai Puskesmas Rambah Samo I dan puskesmas Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Dengan 79 sampel sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Semakin efektif keadilan distributif maka cenderung dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan institusi, saat para pegawai merasa mereka telah diperlakukan secara adil dalam alokasi penghargaan (keadilan distributif), tingkat komitmen organisasi akan berkembang antara atasan dengan bawahan yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan hasil yang positif dan semakin tinggi komitmen afektif yang disebabkan oleh semakin efektifnya keadilan distributif, cenderung dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan institusi. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah kurang luasnya populasi yang digunakan sehingga disarankan kepada peneliti berikutnya untuk menambah populasi beberapa puskesmas
