Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Kepemimpinan transaksional mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja para personil Polda Riau. Selain itu penelitian ini juga akan melihat interaksi kedua variabel tersebut jika ditambah dengan kepemimpinan Transaksional sebagai moderasi. Jenis penelitian explanatory research. Populasi adalah pegawai Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru, yang berjumlah 338 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan olah data maka ditemukan terdapat pengaruh gaya Kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja para personil Polda Riau. Temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa Kompetensi memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja aparat kepolisian Polda Riau. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah kurang luasnya populasi yang digunakan. Sehingga disarankan kepada peneliti selanjutnya gaya kepemimpinan berbeda dalam melihat predictor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja para personil kepolisian.
