Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kota Pekanbaru dengan tujuan mengetahui efek mediasi Pemberdayaan Psikologis dan Motivasi Intrinsik pada Hubungan Kepemimpinan Autentik dan Kepuasan Kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi berjumlah 160 pegawai digunakan menjadi sampel. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa semakin efektif kepemimpinan autentik maka cenderung dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai; efektifitas kepemimpinan autentik dapat meningkatkan pemberdayaan psikologi pegawai; efektifitas kepemimpinan autentik meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik pegawai; semakin baik pemberdayaan psikologis karyawan, diiringi dengan meningkatnya kepuasan kerja mereka; tingginya motivasi intrinsik disertai peningkatan kepuasan kerja; semakin baik pemberdayaan psikologis yang disebabkan oleh semakin efektifnya kepemimpinan autentik, dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan semakin tinggi motivasi intrinsik yang disebabkan oleh semakin efektifnya kepemimpinan autentik, cenderung dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.
