Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di 8 Puskesmas yang terletak di bumi melayu kota Pekanbaru yang terakreditasi Utama dengan tujuan mengkaji pengaruh perilaku bersuara dan diam terhadap keamanan psikologis dan burnout pegawai.  Populasi penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti berjumlah 323 pegawai, dimana menggunakan formula Krejcie dan Morgan sampel penelitian ini adalah 175 orang yang diambil menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan perilaku bersuara berdampak signifikan terhadap keamanan Psikologis; perilaku bersuara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout, perilaku diam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keamanan psikologi, dan perilaku diam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout.
