Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Hubungan Dukungan Sosial dan Keterikatan Kerja pada Puskesmas Kepenuhan Hulu dan Puskesmas Kepenuhan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu sebanyak 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cross-sectional dan total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner yang didasarkan pada Skala Likert. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif dari variabel penelitian, hasil uji CMV, uji kecocokan model, hasil analisa pengukuran (measurement analysis), dan hasil analisa model struktural (struktural model analysis). Alat bantu pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS 6.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Variabel dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, variabel dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap modal psikologis, variabel modal psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, variabel modal psikologis secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap keterikatan kerja.
