Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kepemimpinan Autentik dan Work-Family Balance pada Puskesmas Rambah dan Puskesmas Rambah Hilir di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Puskesmas Rambah dan Puskesmas Rambah Hilir di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu sebanyak 110 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cross-sectional dan total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner yang didasarkan pada Skala Likert. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisa deskriptif dari variabel penelitian, hasil uji CMV, uji kecocokan model, hasil Analisa pengukuran (measurement analysis), dan hasil analisa model structural (struktural model analysis). Alat bantu pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS 6.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Variabel Kepemimpinan Efektif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work-Family Balance, variabel Kepemimpinan Efektif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peran Mediasi Modal Psikologis, variabel Peran Mediasi Modal Psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepemimpinan Autentik tehadap Work-Family Balance.
