Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil Sekretariat Dewan Provinsi Riau dengan tujuan menguji peranan organizational citizenship behavior dalam memediasi efek gaya kepemimpinan melayani terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 196 pegawai. Adapun besar sampel penelitian, penulis menggunakan tabel dari Krejcie & Morgan, 1970 sebesar 132 yang diambil menggunakan systematic sampling. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pada Sekretariat Dewan Provinsi Riau, semakin efektif kepemimpinan yang melayani, maka cenderung dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja; dan semakin good citizenship perilaku pimpinan, yang disebabkan oleh kepemimpinan pelayanan, dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai.
