Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan autentik mempengaruhi komitmen afektif, serta untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi intrinsik memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik terhadap komitmen afektif pegawai Puskesmas di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur descriptive and explanatory survey. Populasi penelitian  adalah  pegawai Puskesmas di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang terdiri dari 21 Puskesmas, dengan jumlah sampel adalah 265 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan proportional systematic sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan autentik terhadap komitmen afektif. Adapun kepemimpinan autentik terhadap motivasi instrinsik menjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan, juga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi instrinsik terhadap komitmen afektif Selanjutnya pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik terhadap komitmen afektif melalui motivasi intrinsik juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan, oleh karena itu motivasi intrinsik dinyatakan mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik terhadap komitmen afektif para pegawai di Puskesmas Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.
