Shared Leadership dan Resiliensi Tenaga Kesehatan: Sebuah Perspektif dari Self Determination Theory (SDT)

Dampak pandemic Covid19 pada tenaga kesehatan membuat mereka harus memperbarui pengetahuan mereka tentang virus dan harus mengikuti protokol ketat untuk melindungi diri mereka sendiri ketika berhadapan dengan pasien yang terinfeksi. Hal ini memaksa tenaga medis untuk menerapkan Self Determination Theory (SDT) dimana motivasi manusia muncul dengan memenuhi kompetensi. Shared Leadership, melibatkan pelaksanaan tugas kepemimpinan dan berpartisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam bekerja serta Adanya Tekanan dan stres yang dialami tenaga kesehatan salah satunya dapat menyebabkan memiliki resiliensi (ketahanan) yang rendah. penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dalam mengumpulkan data penelitian. Untuk menguji hipotesis, penelitian ini berencana untuk menggunakan jenis data primer yaitu dalam bentuk kuesioner. Kuesioner akan di desain dengan menggunakan pertanyaan tertutup. Berdasarkan nilai p-value dari penelitian maka hasil uji didapatkan, Pengujian hipotesis 1 (Shared Leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi tenaga kesehatan di Kota Pekanbaru),Pengujian hipotesis 2 (Shared Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Passion at Work pada tenaga kesehatan di Kota Pekanbaru) dan Pengujian hipotesis 3 (Passion at Work berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Resiliensi pada tenaga kesehatan di Kota Pekanbaru).dari hasil peneitian bisa disimpulkan Shared Leadership memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Passion at Work serta Passion at Work memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Resiliensi pada tenaga kesehatan di Pekanbaru.
