Pengaruh Empowering Leadership terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif dengan Mediasi Berbagi Pengetahuan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara Empowering Leadership dan perilaku kerja yang inovatif. Selanjutnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran mediasi berbagi pengetahuan dalam hubungan antara bagaimana Empowering Leadership dan perilaku kerja yang inovatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Sedangkan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2021 hingga Januari 2022. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah ASN dan non ASN. Dengan total 69 orang pegawai ASN dan Non ASN yang menjadi responden dalam sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif, uji validitas konergen dan diskriminan serta uji reliabilitas, dengan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian dari data yang telah diolah, menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung empowering leadership secara positif menyebabkan perilaku kerja inovatif bawahan. Variabel empowering leadership secara positif menyebabkan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan berbagi pengetahuan variabel perilaku berbagi pengetahuan secara negatif mempengaruhi variabel perilaku kerja inovatif bawahan. Selanjutnya variabel perilaku berbagi pengetahuan secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh pengaruh empowering leadership terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif bawahan.
