Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh terhadap komitmen Afektif, mengetahui apakah motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh terhadap OCB, mengetahui apakah komitmen Afektif berpengaruh terhadap OCB, dan mengetahui apakah komitmen afektif memediasi pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap OCB. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Propinsi Riau. Sedangkan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai Desember 2021. Teknik analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif dan explanatory survey. Hasil penelitian dari data yang telah diolah, menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Afektif, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Komitmen Afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui komitmen afektif.
