Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Mediasi modal psikologis pada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi pegawai (studi pada pengadilan negeri pekanbaru). Selain itu penelitian ini juga akan melihat interaksi kedua variabel tersebut. Jenis penelitian explanatory research. Populasi adalah pegawai Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru, yang berjumlah 57 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan olah data maka ditemukan terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional mempengaruhi motivasi pegawai. Temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa modal psikologis yang tercermin dengan harapan, efikasi diri serta optimisme para pegawai di Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru ini mampu meningkatkan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap motivasi ekstrinsik para pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah kurang luasnya populasi yang digunakan. Sehingga disarankan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk menambah populasi beberapa badan peradilan lainnya di bawah Mahkamah Agung.
