Abstract

Penelitian sebelumnya mungkin telah menggunakan metode yang umum dalam menggukur strengths mindset dan dalam konteks organisasi atau budaya dilakukan dalah lingkungan yang berbeda. Ada potensi yang berbeda dalam manifestasi voice behavior tergantung pada jenis sebuah organisasi seperti sektor publik dengan swasta. Sangat sedikit yang mempertimbangkan sebuah hubungan antara pendekatan berbasis strengths mindset, yang berbasis tujuan untuk meningkatkan fungsi optimal manusia dengan berfokus pada kekuatan individu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh stengths mindset   terhadap voice behavior melalui leader member exchange. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas dengan populasi adalah, 7.036 ASN dari kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan penyebaran menggunakan google form. Alat analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 32.9 untuk pengolahan data. Dari temuan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa strengths mindset berpengaruh terhadap  , strengths mindset berpengaruh terhadap leader member exchange, leader member exchange berpengaruh terhadap voice behavior dan strengths mindset berpengaruh terhadap voice behavior melalui leader member exchange
